  Upload clear images of the product, including the batch number and packaging, to ensure the item is unused and in its original condition.

  Pickup Arrangement

  Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address within 48-72 hours at no additional cost for defective items.

  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
